What is required of me for the install?
• LightSpeed version 3.6.x or higher.
• A Lightspeed user license to be accessiblehttp://www.lightspeedretail.com/developer-api/
• You will still be able to do transactions while installation is in progress.
• 10 - 30 min on phone for training.
• A screen sharing program. (We prefer http://www.teamviewer.com/)
• Lightspeed Server computer administrator password.
• 10 - 30 min on phone for training
Will this be compatible with web store?
• If the customer logs into their account properly the invoice will count towards their reward. However, currently, rewards can only be used in the physical store.
Will this work between multiple stores?
• Each store will need it's own installation. Transactions done in one store will only count towards a reward in that location. Rewards can not be combined between multiple locations.
How does support work?
• We will offer free support for valid claims made within the first 15 days.
• After 15 days support will be billed at the current Xy Web Solutions hourly rate.
• It can take up to 2 business days to reply to a support claim.
Will upgrades be made available?
• Upgrades will be in two categories.
• First category is minor upgrades to address "possible issues" - these will be free upgrades.
• Second category will be major upgrades that add new features - these will be available at an additional cost but will not be required.
When will I be able to use this program?
• Installations will begin in late December 2011 and are first come, first serve.
• Once it is installed and the Tiers are set you can use it right away.
