Terms of Purchase.

All downloadable purchases will be downloadable for a period of 7 days following the date of purchase. To request a copy of your downloaded item after the 7 day period please email support@xywebsolutions.com.
All modules and add-ons are proprietary modules of XY web solutions and are not for redistrubution or resale in any format. Some modules may contain Zend guarded PHP code to protect against changes that may break the software and protect the proprietary nature of the software.
Lightspeed Modules are for use with webstore 2.0.9. All add-ons and modules are developed to work with the default Xsilva Webstore, if you have had customizations done to your webstore this may effect the functionality of the add-on or module.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales of downloadable items are non returnable and cannot be exhanged or returned for a refund.
Here are our Custom Development Policies.
Listed below are development policies intended to provide a fair experience for all developments,
- All quoted projects will require a 50% deposit before development start.
- A good deal of planning goes into each development to ensure that desired functionalities are understood and that the development task is logical. Consulting time and research into the intial development start will be billable at our standard consulting rate.
- When launched a project should work as displayed in the development quote. Changes to the project development scope after launch will be at an additional hourly rate.
- If a project does not meet the functionality proposed with in the XY development proposal the customer will have 5 business days to review and state why the development does not meet the proposed project outline. XY Web Solutions will then have 10 days to respond and update the development if required.
- The remaining 50% project development payment will be due 7 business days after the proposed development has been complete.
Limited Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA) WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE), EQUITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF ANY ADD-ONS, MODULES, OR CUSTOM DEVELOPMENTS PURCHASED FROM THIS WEBSITE OR THROUGH XY WEB SOLUTIONS. THE PARTIES ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS IS A REASONABLE ALLOCATION OF RISK.
